All that I can say for Obama is that he did show up, unlike his disappearance at the 912 DC rally, where he left town. However, he flew in on one of 3 helicopters, presenting such a small window that you could not get a photo if you didn’t have the camera on and ready, rather like a mob boss being whisked in at a trial. His motorcade moved by us at about 40 mph, with no indication of which vehicle he was in. The contrast between this President, afraid of his people and speaking nly to an audience who had to have appointments, with that of Eisenhower, whom I saw as a child waving from a convertible, was night and day.

Hi Mr. Brewer,
I interviewed you at the rally and meant to ask in what area of the military you served.
Thanks!
