American Patriots, My Friends and Neighbors,

It’s time to take stock of what we’ve accomplished so far, and of where we’re going.  

After having suffered the initial attacks on our freedom from TARP, the Bailouts, takeovers of our Financial Institutions, GM, and over 40 Socialist-Communist-Radical Czars:

1) We’ve gotten a communist czar removed from directly exercising power, and we not only got ACORN removed from the 2010 Census count, but gotten them defunded of our tax dollars  (something they never should have had in the first place)

 

2) We’ve delayed Barrys’ healthcare push long enough to gather almost 2 million Patriots on the Capitol Grounds in the largest protest gathering of Conservatives in history;

 

3) We’ve become involved at all levels of government, from grassroots to Congress to the White House.  Reps and Senators fear hearing from us — and they have been hearing from us loudly on a daily basis for weeks!  Typically, before 912 they’d say 4-5 calls a week to their offices was a lot.  Want to guess how many 100′s or 1000′s they get now?

 

4) We’ve emboldened the GOP to finally stand up to the Democrats.  They are now pushing back hard on the healthcare debate.  The longer this debate goes on, the lower the poll numbers drop and the less chance the Democrats have for any significant success. 

 

5) We’ve likely already defeated the public option.  We’ve shelved the climate bill in all likelihood for the rest of this year.  Democrats have already fragmenting within their own party and fighting amongst themselves.  Why?  They are frightened of the 2010 election.

 

6)  We’ve turned Obama’s agenda on it’s head in 9 short months. He’s mired in the Healthcare debate and can’t get it passed, nor can he abandon it.  Blue Dog Democrats have already turned their attention to re-elction worries and are becomming increasingly reluctant to pass a solely partisan agenda, which is what it would have to be.  Granted much of this is due to Obama’s own maniacal/suicidal march to socialism whatever the cost, but we’ve opened America’s eye’s and she doesn’t like what she sees. 

 

7)  Conservatives everywhere are involved and running for office.  Millions of Independents and conservative Democrats now realize they made a huge mistake.  Disillusioned indys and c-dems are flocking to us and will support a conservative candidate in 2010 to block the liberal agenda. 

Our target is 35-40 seats in the House.  With 35, we can get 5 Blue Dogs to cross over and block the agenda.  With 40, we can take over control of the House.  The largest swing in history was after Carter I, when 46 seats went to the GOP.  Now BO (Carter II) is providing the fuel for the greatest sea change in the history of the House.  The Democrats will suffer massive humiliation and defeat if we can take 50 seats in the House.  We can neuter and neutalize Comrade Barry from passing any more legislation.  He’ll be left with Czar power.  Anything the Executive Branch does in Barry’s remaining 3 years, (short of Barry getting us into another World War), can be undone.

 

Barry and the Dems continue to make terrible decisions and mistakes on the domestic and international fronts. This is not to say the Barry and the Democrats are not still a very real threat.  These lunatic liberals shread the Constitution on a daily basis.  Instead of complying with it, they ignore it, seek ways around it, or just flat out trample it.  Every single day 3-5 new threats to freedom come out of Washington. 

 

We are not fools.  There will be more battles and we shall suffer some setbacks. Expect it. Deal with it.  Pick up our banners and muster for the next battle.

 

The American Revolution of 1776 lasted 6 long years.  Our soldiers suffered many defeats and many hardships, never knowing whether they would succeed, but believing in Divine Providence that they would.  They were shot, bayonetted, captured and tortured.  They seldom had supplies, often they had no shoes and they suffered exposure in that terrible Winter at Valley Forge, yet still they fought on.  The  Patriots finally achieved Victory but not until almost the end of the war.  But they achieved a New Nation, one the World had never seen before… or since.

 

Our Winter is now approaching.  Victory in the 2010 and 2012 Elections lie ahead.  Can we do any less? 

 

 We must remain vigilant and stay the course.  Our constant attention is needed pending the 2010 election.  After we Flip The House, we need even more attention to the agenda so we hold our own people accountalbe and in line.  We MUST make sure they don’t cave in to the temptation of the media’s favorite B.S. word “bi-partisanship” – (Definition:  Caving in and Doing what the Democrats want for minor concessions and passing a slightly watered down version of the original wildly left-wing bill, with OUR name on it.)

It will then be the Republicans turn to feel our wrath.  We will hold their feet to the fire to do what is right and necessary for this nation to survive. 

I tell you these things so you KNOW that YOU and I, WE THE PEOPLE, are making a huge difference on a daily basis.  I tell you this because you need to hear it, even though you know it.  We DO matter and our voice IS being heard, particularly by those who pretend they don’t hear us and spend their energy trying to ignore us or belittle us.  Stop giving their words any creedance.  Assume the first thing out of their mouths is a lie and put THEM on the defensive.  WE SURROUND THEM, AND THEY FEAR US!

The next time we march on DC 9/12/10, just before the election, we’ll be coming for THEM and they know it.  We have them running scared, folks.  We can stop the corruption and the tyranny.  Keep the phone calls, blast faxes and blast e-mails rocking.  Talk up the 912 march.  Send video/photos out and recruit your like-minded friends to The Cause.  Send them e-mail links to FreedomWorks, Grassfire and Resistnet.  Get them involved, too.

Here are some emails that will all revolve around Mary Huls and her candidacy for District 129. While I know that many on our list are not in Mary’s district, I want to make certain that our members are clearly aware of how the Republican Party works. They really are NO Different than the Democrats when it comes to trying to ridicule and destroy their opposition…..it does not matter what party affiliation you are.

I hope you will take from all this the EDUCATION of how the Political Parties work and why it is so important that we not only fight the Democrats, but ALSO the Republicans. I can personally attest to the fact that the Republican Party is just as corrupt as the Democratic Party and we all need to understand this if we are to make a change.

I am concerned about splitting the vote as much as the next person, however if we are to weed out this corruption we must roll the dice at some point. We either need to establish a Third Party, devoid of this crap, or we must clean up the Parties as they exist now. I do not have all the answers……that is exactly why we are an Association. We need help and input from everyone so that we can then figure out our course of action. This will not be easy, we know that…..but we must decide how to fight this ever present corruption, not only at the Federal level, but at the State and Local levels also.

Is it any wonder of why we have no clear decent people running for office, when all it takes is a kickoff campaign notice to produce such a hateful, mean and nasty response? This is why good people do not run. We must find a way to stop this kind of personal attack, and let citizens vet the people who choose to run.

I hope you all will read the emails I will be sending you. This to me tells us all exactly WHY our Country is in trouble and has been taken over by self serving individuals with money.

Health Care Reform

Health care reform by any other name is GOVERNMENT CONTROL. The Congress has gone back to the drawing board on the health care bill but don’t kid yourself, they have not abandoned control of your health care.

They have changed the focus recently to villainize the insurance companies, to distract us from the real culprit – government run health care. They want to make you out to be the victim, the insurance companies the villain, and the government the savior!

Being a doctor, I warn people to guard against anything, that allows the government a greater foothold in our health care system than they already have. (read more)

Ok, I have had it with hearing the voices of our kids raised in praise for Obama!!! I’m not going to take it anymore. 

 

I have called every single member of the Board of Trustees for Austin ISD and I will call every Superintendent.  Here are the links.

Please take the time to do this.  Do it for all the kids held captive and indoctrinated everyday with ideology that normally would not be taught at home.   Tell them to make certain that chants and songs about Obama or any President for that matter do not occur in our schools. Tell them to make certain that teachers are teaching our traditional classes such as Reading, Writing, Math, English and yes they had better start teaching HISTORY; History as it really happened.  Also, parents will teach their kids about Gay and Lesbian issues not our teachers. Enough is Enough!

 

Come On Mom, Dad, Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt, Uncle….we can do it, we can once again control our Education System and stop the indoctrination of our kids.  Take down the phone lines and the e-mails.

 

Also, please contact me so we can coordinate with individuals in every school district in Austin Texas.  Just send me your District number, and e-mail.  This way we can set up Watch Dogs for every school district.

 A word on educational indoctrination

Teachers in Texas are teaching from the curriculum,  which is dictated by guidelines called TEKS,
which is written by advisors and voted on by the SBOE.

The leftist academics who want to insert multi-culturalism and want to destroy “HISTORY; History as it really happened. “ know this. They know that if they can rewrite the TEKS, then even teachers are powerless to stop it (although most are indoctrinated themselves and will go along.)

So they got a group to re-write the TEKS. The rewrite they did was horrific: they took out early explorers, took out Columbus, added more politically correct history figures (for all the ethnic, gender, PC stuff), and took out all of early Texas history too. They took out ‘free enterprise’ as a word,
took out American exceptionalism and things that are too patriotic. They even took out the Liberty Bell. (‘too advanced’ a concept was their excuse!) And Nathan Hale. Gone. A woman who stayed in Texas during WWII was judged more important than Patton and Bradley in the WWII history accounts. She replaced them.

These rewriters of history are trying to rob the social studies TEKS of things that would help our children love America. The group that is behind this is ‘Texas Freedom Network’, a liberal group once run by Ann Richards’ daughter Cecile. They even took out Christmas from 6th grade guidelines and replaced it with Diwali…   The SBOE slapped down the Christmas stuff, but a lot  more remains to fight.

Yes, we can! … But now you know,  the SBOE is where the fight is at right now; the fight for the future of social studies TEKS.

He who controls the SBOE, controls the TEKS. He who controls the TEKS, controls the minds of the next generation. That makes the SBOE possibly the most important elected office in the state.
